All the work we do in the vineyard has one aim - to produce delicious wines that express our unique terroir.
Our wines currently available at the cellar door are:

Clos des Lièvres 2015 - AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Pézenas:
75% syrah, blended with grenache. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 500L (15% new oak). Complex aromas of blackcurrants (cassis), wild herbs, lavender and black pepper, the wine is concentrated and full-bodied but balanced with freshness, elegant tannins and a long finish. Superb with a leg of lamb, roast beef or mature cheeses.

Les Trois Terrasses 2015 : essentially carignan noir (old vines) blended with a little grenache and syrah. Very expressive nose with aromas of cassis, black olives and wild herbs (“la garrigue”). Fine tannins with delicious fruit and savoury notes on the palate, balanced by a lovely freshness. Serve at 18°c. Delicious with seared duck breasts, rabbit with prunes, or butcher’s sausages on the barbeque.

Clos des Papillons 2017 (white) : sold out
Carignan blanc (70%) and vermentino. Aromatic nose with mineral aromas, notes of white flowers and zest of preserved lemon. The mouth is mineral yet ample, balanced with a lovely freshness. To accompany sea food, such as grilled or fresh oysters, white fish, and young cheeses.

Champ des Bleuets 2016 (white):
This white wine is a blend of vermentino (80%) with grenache gris. We have made just 1000 bottles of this wine (from young vines we planted 7 years ago at St Jean de Bébian, near Pézenas) which is extremely expressive with notes of preserved ginger, citrus fruits and white pepper. In the mouth, the wine is unctuous with a well-balanced, long finish.

Les Fleurs Sauvages 2017 (rosé) : sold out
a beautiful pale pink, with delicate aromas of crushed strawberries and red currants, fullness in the mouth with great minerality and freshness. It's perfect with many summer dishes!
